FIT / philly update

So, i was originaly scheduled for an interview Feb. 7. I was ready to go! I had my portfolio on a disk as to save myself time and effort. I showed up at 8 am... for an interview at 12! Yeah, will has earlyness problems.

From 8 to 12 i watched office space... twice... in dunkin donuts. Needless to say my day was going awsome. And to top it off, I wasnt in school. Life doesnt get much better than that.

But: I show up at 12, just like i am suposed to. I was totaly confident. Everyone had their stuff, I brought in my disk. The lady says, "wow thats great, everythings on a disk...wheres ur laptop?"

WHAT! i flipped out! i ran to KINKOS, that didnt work, that was 8 blocks away, i ran back. I'm missing a sketch of a live model. I broke down in tears *emo moment*

Saving some drama... The lady just said come back next week! *phew*

ONE WEEK LATER


I realized that the other people did fucking awsome. Their stuff was amazing. I went home, built a new room, printed out awsome buisness cards, and made an amazing self portrait [will post later].

I came, on time! I came, prepared! I came with my best. Approxomitly 80 people showed up. I was the 80th to get interviewed. Yes i was dead last. But the intervew was awsome. The guy loved me, he loved my work, he got my phone number...... okay maybe not. But it was great. I think im in. Only 60 days till i know. But.... my grades are okay, my essay is awsome, and my intervew was great. What more can i say? TOP BILLIN



PHILLY
Yes philly. I woke up this morning, not knowing i'd go to sleep in philly. As it turns out I dont have a passport. Saving even more drama, I [and mommy] have to go to philly to get it.
The appointment at the big building is in philly at 9am. So we packed our bags today and headed down. I'm in a hotel right now and im staying over night. Its accross the street from the damn passport place.

Once i get my passport, I'm off to spain.
